Dr Lapan is the President for the year 2025 - 2028 and a fellow of the Philippine College of Oral Implantologists. He specializes in dental implantology with training in and have been a practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 15 years. 

 

Dr. Lapan also earned fellowships with the World Academy of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Bone Surgery and Central and Southern Philippines Society of Maxillofacial and Oral Surgeons.  He is also a past co-chairman of the Philippine Dental Association's Cleft Lip and Palate Program.  He also holds training programs in implant dentistry in and around Metro Manila.
